1. Using CyberCat Cam

CyberCat Cam provides browser-based camera effects, voice effects, recording tools, AI image features and community presets. Use the service lawfully and follow the rules of any streaming or calling platform you connect to. Features and performance depend on your device, browser, permissions and network; demo media does not guarantee a particular result.

2. Your account

Provide accurate account details, verify your email when required and keep your password and license codes private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. New standard accounts start with zero credits; creating an account does not include free streaming credits.

3. Plans, credits and licenses

Plan prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦). Each plan specifies its credits and included features. Purchase requests are handled through Contact; submitting a request is not payment confirmation. Confirm the price, payment instructions and delivery arrangements before paying. CCAT- license codes are single-use and add the credits and features attached to that license.

Live sessions use one credit per minute. Credits are reserved when a session starts, and unused reserved credits are returned when it ends. The server clock determines usage; a partial minute is charged as a minute. Streaming stops when the available session credits run out. Keep your connection active so session closure can be recorded.

For failed delivery, an incorrect license or a disputed charge, contact us with the relevant details. No statement here removes refund or other consumer rights provided by applicable law. Never send passwords or complete payment-card details in a support request.

4. Consent and acceptable use

Only upload images, voices, models or other material you own or have permission to use. Obtain permission before using another person's likeness or voice. Do not use face or voice effects for fraud, identity theft, deceptive impersonation, harassment, non-consensual intimate content or other unlawful activity. Do not attempt to bypass credit controls, access another account or exploit the service.

5. Uploads and community presets

You retain rights in your uploads. Marking a preset public allows visitors to view its listing and download the shared file. Keep confidential or unlicensed material out of public presets. Downloads and AI outputs may require your own review for safety, quality and third-party rights before use or redistribution.

6. Customer reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and use a name or display name you have permission to publish. Your chosen display name, country, rating, review text and posting date are public, including to visitors who are not signed in. Do not include sensitive personal information. Reviews may be removed if they contain spam, unlawful content or personal information. Request a correction or removal through Contact.

7. Availability and responsibility

The service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Keep copies of media you need and review AI-generated content before publishing it. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every effect will work on every device. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Privacy, changes and support

Read the Privacy Policy for how account details, uploads and support requests are handled. Changes to these terms will be published with an updated date. Questions about purchases, licenses, reviews or these terms can be sent through the Contact page.
