Privacy Policy

Draft for owner review · Updated 31 October 2026. Operator details, retention periods and service-provider arrangements need confirmation before commercial launch.

1. Information you provide

When you register or sign in, the service processes account information such as your email and account identifier. Google sign-in also provides the account information authorized during sign-in. We store credit balances, enabled features, license redemptions, session usage and transaction history to operate your account.

Uploads include the files and preset information you submit. Reviews include your chosen display name, country, star rating and text. Contact requests include your name, email, topic and message. Avoid submitting sensitive information that is not needed for your request.

2. Camera, microphone and AI images

Live camera and voice effects run in your browser after you grant device permission. The studio does not automatically upload your live camera or microphone feed to our servers. Recordings you create are available to download on your device. If you choose to share a feed with another application, that application's privacy rules also apply.

When you use AI Space, the image and prompt you submit are sent to the AI processing service to generate or edit an image. Only submit images you have permission to use. Do not assume AI submissions are private local processing; provider retention and processing arrangements must be confirmed before sending sensitive material.

3. What visitors can see

Customer reviews are public on the homepage and Reviews page without signing in. Visitors can see the display name, country, rating, review text and date—not the reviewer's account email. Presets marked public are listed in the community gallery, and their shared files can be downloaded. Contact requests are not public and are available to authorized administrators.

4. Why information is used

Information is used to sign you in, provide requested features, maintain credit and license records, publish reviews and shared presets, respond to purchase or support requests, investigate abuse and diagnose service failures. Technical logs may contain request information and error details needed to maintain the service.

5. Storage and service providers

Lovable Cloud supports account authentication, application records and uploaded-file storage. Google handles Google sign-in if you choose it, and AI providers process images and prompts submitted to AI Space. These services may process information in locations outside your country. Provider terms and applicable protections also apply; this notice does not promise a specific hosting location or retention period.

6. Browser storage and cookies

The app uses browser storage and, where required by sign-in services, cookies to keep your session working. Clearing browser storage or cookies can sign you out. Google and other connected services may use their own cookies during sign-in. This notice does not represent consent to advertising or optional tracking.

7. Retention and security

Account and service records remain stored until they are removed according to operational and legal requirements. Exact retention periods have not yet been published. Access controls limit private records to the appropriate account or authorized administrators. No online service can guarantee absolute security; use a unique password and keep license codes private.

8. Your choices and requests

You can decline camera or microphone permissions, choose not to submit AI images and keep presets private rather than sharing them. You can update your review using the review form. Use the Contact page to request access, correction or deletion of your information, removal of a public review or help with an account. Requests may require identity verification, and some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location.

9. Updates and contact

We will publish changes to this policy with an updated date. For privacy questions, submit a privacy request through Contact. See also the Terms & Conditions.
