Frequently asked questions
What is CyberCat Cam?
A browser streaming studio that swaps your face for a live persona, changes your voice and lets you record or stream through OBS.
How do credits work?
1 credit = 1 minute of live streaming. Credits are reserved when you go live and unused minutes are refunded when you stop.
How do I buy credits?
Pick a plan on the Pricing page and send a purchase request on the Contact page. You receive a CCAT- license code to redeem in your Wallet.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire and there is no subscription.
Can I use it on Zoom, WhatsApp or TikTok Live?
Yes. Use OBS Virtual Camera as a bridge — the Setup page has step-by-step guides.
Which voices are included?
Male Young/Old, Female Young/Old, Cyber, Broadcast Elite, Deep Synth, Synthetic and your own uploaded model.
What files can I upload?
Presets up to 25MB in .jpg, .png, .pth, .onnx or .safetensors. HD persona media in .jpg, .png, .webp, .mp4 or .webm.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes — the studio works in modern mobile browsers, though a laptop with OBS gives the best results for streaming.
Is my camera recorded on your servers?
No. Video and voice are processed in your browser. Only AI Space images are sent for generation.
